Johnson Controls reserves the right to cancel a training program, however, we will make every effort to hold every program. Participants may elect a refund or credit for future training in event of a JCI cancelled event.
Live Training
Cancellation without penalty is permitted provided at least 10 days previous written notice is provided. Cancellation requests received within 9 or less days before the scheduled training are subject to a $100 (or other currency applicable) cancellation fee. There are no refunds or credits for no shows. This includes Johnson Controls employees.
E-Learning
All E-Learning purchases are final.
