  • What are the minimum system requirements for e-learning?

    Minimum 1 GB of RAM, 1 GHz Processor. Soundcard required only for online courses or videos containing audio tracks. Display resolution of 1024x768 or higher is recommended. Connectivity of 256 kbps is recommended. Minimum 128 kbps.
  • When will I receive my certificate of training?

    After successful completion of the course, your certificate will be available for viewing in your training account in the LMS.
  • Where do I get the software I need for Engineered Systems Design Training?

    Software required for individual product lines are downloadable on the ANSUL Distributor Portal. Please note that Low Pressure CO2, High Pressure CO2, INERGEN 150/200 Bar, INERGEN 300 Bar, and AUTOPULSE software will be available at no charge. Students must have the appropriate design software program installed AND operational BEFORE class. SAPPHIRE and FM-200 Clean-Agent System Design Programs require you to fill out an order form which is also located on the distributor portal. The SAPPHIRE and FM-200 software programs require a USB dongle what will be shipped to you after the order form is processed. The dongle will be required prior to attending your class.

  • Do I need to bring anything to class?

    After enrolling in a class, a confirmation email is sent with this information.
  • I have enrolled in a course, but have not received any information.

  • How long do I have to take an online training course?

    90 days from the enrollment date.
  • Can I purchase a training course with a purchase order?

    Active customers with a current account can use a purchase order. All others will require a credit card.
