From a previously recorded webinar. There are 18 different concealed space arrangements discussed in Section 8.15.1.2 in NFPA 13. It can be very difficult to determine which description fits the project on which you may be working. This seminar will use drawings and the NFPA 13 sections to show you exactly what the Committee meant for each description. 

Upon completion of this lesson, participants will be able to:

• Identify the section of NFPA 13 that applies to a concealed construction arrangement
• Explain the difference between combustible and non-combustible concealed spaces.
• Determine when sprinklers may be omitted from concealed spaces
• Determine when sprinklers are required in concealed spaces
