This course is intended for Distributors either currently filling TYCO FM200 or Sapphire containers or who wish to set up a Filling Station for TYCO chemical agent filing.
The outcome of the course is that attendee know the right procedure and steps to fill our TYCO chemical agent containers.
Please note, that the training is applicable for TYCO equipment only!
The topics covered during the course as follows:
· Theory, how the valve operates and how you fill container
· Filling Station and equipment requirements, QA procedures
· Training on filling process
· Training on servicing container valves prior to refilling
· Training on repairs of small leaks that may occur during the filling process.
· Multiple Choice Exam to obtain Certification
